This has been a long time in making. It was my dream and my big vision to create videos that would entice people to take a break, stretch, meditate or simply just walk around.
I feel sometimes we work and work and in that mode of go, go, go, we make mistakes and we miss to communicate the most important things. And then we have to start from scratch or our work just doesn’t have the impact it deserves.
Whether you are self employed, work for someone else or you are a stay at home mom, it is important to realize that taking breaks is essential to your health and wellbeing. However, most people reach for coffee, snacks or a cigarette (and I think smokers are the lucky ones because they get to spend time outside and chat with others) in order to wind down.
