Body in movement stays healthy.
It is in this body where we hold blocks, fear, guilt, shame. And the only way we remove these blocks or clogs is by moving it.
Another benefit to moving your body is the fact that you can actually change the way you think and explore new ways of living and being.
You know how scientists are sometimes not able to move forward in their research because they are stuck in their limited ways of thinking and until they open their minds to more invisible forces, they can’t make progress?
You too. Until you open you mind by unclogging the energetic channels in your body, you can’t transform your life.
Your body, mind and consciousness are one and the same thing, one cannot exist without the other.
In this video I share with you some of my favorite kundalini exercises that allow me to stay healthy, open minded, optimistic and vital. We live in digital age and spend most of our day sitting, this is not only damaging to our bodies but also to the way we think and subsequently to the way we live.
If you could add one more resolution to 2016, please make it to move your body more.
