Practical Tools to Stop Negative Thinking

This past weekend I went down the hole of negative thinking, doubt and worry. There was no particular reason for it,  just a combination of being intuitive, sad movie, few things that didn't work out as I planned and here I was, feeling like the sun will never come shinning on me ever again.

Tragic.

Totally COINCIDENTALLY, last week (before my down time), I shot a video about "How to stop negative thoughts" without even knowing I'll be using these tools few days later :).  
In this video I share four steps that can help you to get your mind out of negative downward spiral. I followed these steps exactly and now I am back with positive attitude and wealth of knowledge that I've learned from this experience. 

One of the four tools that I share in the video is to surround yourself with positive people. In real life it's not that easy to actually find these people around when you need them. If you know what I mean. 
So on Monday I went to my Facebook page and started doing one card readings for my fans. I was helping others but actually I was the one who benefited to most. Getting in touch with my fans in this way really uplifted me.
