Ganesh Meditation:
Sit in easy pose. Take your left hand curl your index, middle and ring fingers. Press your thumb between your eye brows (not with your nail) and stick your pinkie out. With your right hand grab the pinkie. Keep your elbows up forearms parallel to the floor. Eyes are closed
Begin breathing deeply.
