Feeling tension? You are not alone.

We are all awakening to higher energy and we are all starting to vibrate at the higher frequency. Have you been receiving messages, or strong nudges to let go of the old and start anew? Do you feel you either need to change your diet, lifestyle, follow your heart in career, or feel called to help others? Like Catalyst Yogi says, “you have to be zombie not to get these messages”. Follow and act on those messages.

However there is also a lot of noise that you don’t need to listen to or follow. There is too much information, too many distractions, choices, suggestions, and also things to do, problems to solve, … and money to make.  Some of these things are important and some are not so important.

Believe me, we are all feeling overwhelmed, stressed out and straight forward confused. A lot of people feel depressed and they don’t know why. A lot of times it is because they are not working toward their soul purpose. That’s what happens to me whenever I get sidetracked. Others are panicking because they feel they are loosing their security.

One way to over come this tension is to get rid of stuff, thoughts, ideas, and comments that don’t support your purpose. You need to clear the space physically, energetically but most importantly you need to clear the space in our mind. Meditation was exactly designed to help you reach more clarity and take out the garbage from your mind and create a virtual palace in which you can comfortably dwell, enjoy yourself and prosper.

Please help me spread the message of importance of meditation and having a clear space in your head. I don’t want to see more people going nuts and start a shooting somewhere.

Meditation that you can try right now:

Sit as you are and place your right palm in your left palm as if you are reading a book. About 12 – 16 inches from your nose. Inhale through your nose and think any negative thought that’s haunting you. Exhale through puckered lips and let go of that negative thought. Feel the air touching your hands. Inhale again think the same negative thought or a different one and as you exhale, let go of it. Consciously go through your thoughts, release them and create space for new uplifting thoughts. This is a simple but power meditation that you can practice anywhere and anytime.

Don’t stop with 2 or 3 breaths.

Do this meditation at least for 3 minutes.

Start building a beautiful palace in you mind TODAY.
