Many of us are feeling pressure these days, for many different reasons.
You see we are being tested.
Are we going to give in to the pressure and give up, get angry and hateful?
Or are we going to stay the course because it is the right thing to do, are we going to chose unity, love and respect for our fellow humans and the Earth?
The positive side of this pressureĀ is that your body is changing, your nervous system is getting stronger and your intuitive connection with others is deepening.

Descartes said “I think therefore I am”
and I believe he got to this point by doing this meditation. Seriously.
Once you get to this state of mind where you only exists and nothing else, it is so freeing and of course pressure releasing. Definitely recommend.
