Breath of Fire, The Good, The Bad and The Too Fast

As a teacher I’ve seen students come to a class with bad Breath of Fire habits so I thought it was important to make a special video about How to do breath of fire. This magic breath will renew your health and invigorate your energy levels.

Breath of fire is healing breath that brings more pranic flow into all your cells. It oxygenates your blood and makes you more alert and present.

When you do breath of fire, you want to feel like you can do it forever. You want to have the inhale and exhale completely balanced with each other, otherwise you might start to feel out of breath or start seeing lights (which is not its purpose)
