On June 21st 2015 me and many other awesome ladies are starting Beautiful Belly, Beautiful Life Course.
I am personally I’m not only going to do the exercises, but I will do my gluten free or gluten less diet. This is a huge decision for me but I think the results will out grow the effort I’ll put in.
As I was thinking of how am I going to approach this diet, I started noticing that I’m already backing up in my plan to eat less diet. I already said I’m going to start slowly, I’m just going to do gluten free every other day and I’m only going to eliminate bread and not pasta and things like that.
I have consciously decided to take an approach that won’t disturb my life as much and will be easier to adjust to but also will take a long time. I’m basically setting myself for a long haul experience.
There are different sets of strengths that you need to call upon when going for a long haul than when you are taking an extreme approach. Find out what they are in this video.
