    skusila som a idem dalej πŸ™‚ Po druhom cviceni ma trosku roztriaslo, ale oddychla som a dokoncila cele, tak ako bolo treba πŸ™‚ Uz som musela robit nieco so sebou. Stravou som dala dole asi 12kg, ale brucho stale nie a nie zist. Tak snad sa nenecham teraz zahanbit πŸ˜‰

    1. Cauko Jani, To druhe cvicenie je dost tazke, ja viem. Ja sa presne tak isto citim. Do mojej originalnej vahy mi este treba schudnut 9 kila πŸ™‚

      Hi everyone this is my very good friend Jana from Slovakia, mother of two :). She writes that after the second exercise she got little shaky so she took a rest. She lost 12kg with the diet alone and now it’s her turn to do something with her belly.
