Downward Dog –
This pose reflects the desire to open the first chakra and 8th chakra which is your aura.
Maybe you have been feeling like other people are eating up your energy and you feel drained. You might also have a lot of mental activity but not enough physical movement to compensate it with. Stability might be your issue too. Maybe you have been bouncing from one project to another and now you desire to find a stable place (project) to grow from.
This pose will help you feel grounded. You’ll feel the weight of your body in your hands, blood in your head and that will balance the physical inactivity and too many thoughts. This a pose that will help you claim your place on this earth and will bring new energy into your aura and will replace worry and fear. It will give you radiance and strong aura.
Camel Pose –
This pose reflects your desire to open the fourth and fifth chakra.
If you have been feeling sadness in your heart and we’re not able to express it and speak your true feelings you might feel strain in that area. But your desire to do this pose also expresses a healthy attitude toward healing and overcoming obstacles.
This pose will help to give you strength to love and speak from your heart. It will also open your creative flow especially when it comes to expressing your true identity. Be open, be vulnerable and let your heart speak.
Archer Pose –
The desire to do this pose leads you to open your second and sixth chakra. Oh so wise.
Maybe you have been feeling constrained by your big to do list; acting always according to plan and you rarely let yourself a room to experience what you are passionate about. Your body is also asking you to have the courage to listen to your intuition and even though you might be feeling uncertain, keep your focus and your intentions clear.
This pose will help you open your creative juices through connecting with your passion. It is also grounding and will give you strength and nerves to envision and create the most wonderful future. With nerves of steel you’ll overcome many challenge while keeping the big picture still in your mind.
